Abstract Easter Bunnies Candy

in Blog, Creative, Make it with Mimi on 06/04/20

This was a fun and yummy easter activity for my grandkiddos. Supplies were simple and I purchased all of them at my local Michaels. All you need Candy Melts, Sprinkles, and Easter Candy. We used cookie cutters since we didn’t have any large candy molds. We used aluminum foil to wrap around the cookie cutters. It was easy enough for… View Post

Mosaic Pavers

in Blog, Creative, Make it with Mimi on 01/03/20

This project was easier than it looks. The finished pavers are a highlight in my grandkids gardens. Finding colored tiles could be a challenge since most people don’t decorate with them but a big tile and flooring store will have them. I was lucky to find a bunch of left-over tiles at a local resale art supply store. You could… View Post

Valentines for all my kiddos.  Made a special card with my favorite photo and wrote a personal message for each one.  I love them all so much.

Oceania’s Cruise Ship – Sirenia

in Blog, Grand Adventures, Travel on 17/03/19

We’ve cruised on Oceania Cruise line almost a dozen times and it never disappoints. I love it because the staff is amazing. They are always happy and fun to talk with. The ship’s passengers are generally older and well traveled so it’s great to hear stories and get tips for our future trips. These are some of my favorites from… View Post

Favorite Places in Lima

in Blog, Grand Adventures, Travel on 16/03/19

It was nice to see the city center of Lima and its colonial architecture buildings are looking better than the last time I was there – over 15 years ago. I would say now Lima looks like “The City of Kings”. This is a photo of the Cathedral on the main square. There is also the popular Basilica and Convent… View Post

Oh, hi there!

I like to describe myself as a woman of leisure but in reality I’m Mr. B’s project manager. It’s not a bad gig and it does come with many benefits. I plan our trips, as we travel the world. I'm kept busy creating and designing our beautiful homes. The best perk is I usually chose the movie we see every Friday. I’m a part-time artist, with aspirations of becoming a full-time artist. Painting, photography and all types of crafting are my true loves. I like to say I’m an artist of many mediums and master of none.
My finest creations would be my five children. I’ve also allow them to parent my thirteen amazing grandchildren. My grandchildren are all brilliant, beautiful, spirited and take after me – their Mimi.
