I spent some time looking at other photographers work and it helped me to zero in on a style that I liked. It’s a process that I use often. I go through magazines and online (especially Pinterest and Flickr) and just look at design, art or photography. I save these images and then when I look at a whole collection I find common elements I love and it inspires me. Shae DeTar has many shots I love. Her work is colorful, expressive and her portraits tell a story.
